		<description>I actually think that the new health care option seems good, too.  Up until now there just hasn&#039;t been any real competition in the insurance market.

On a side note, my husband is in medical school and we&#039;ve been hearing a lot of rumors that the government is going to start offering to pay off loans (so I guess something like a retroactive scholarship?) to doctors who decide to go into preventative medicine and public health (since it pays comparatively little).  I think that would be a really huge step, considering so many of the health problems today are caused by obesity and poor living habits.</description>
